Walid narrates from Surgeon from Artate to have said:
Yamani is the one during who's reign the Roman lands are opened (accept Islam) and it is during his time when the Deceiver (anti-christ) is revealed and the descent of the Son of Mary.
I should also mention that many speak about him as a Hashimite which may not apply to the person I am presenting however the loss of understanding behind what was meant by The House of M, which I presume was the more accurate description, may have led people to believe he is a genetic descendant of Beni Hashim. As I said, the main theme in the narrations points to the Yamani as the one who will be in charge of the leadership or will gain control over the a Roman City. This supports the idea Dr. Carson is the person meant in the prophecy considering Detroit is his hometown and he was just elected as the Secretary of Urban Development which will be a huge Asset for the establishment of a new economic model in Detroit.
The other main theme in the prophecies oddly speaks about the temperament of the Yamani. This may sound like a strange thing to point out in a prophecy, but not if you consider the fact that the people of that time and especially Kuraich were infamous for their hot tempers and anger problems.

NAME
The name Ben is short for Benjamin. Ben comes from the semitic Ibn which means "son of". And Ja is phonetically pronounced as Ya. If we apply the model of calling people by their origin like the semites used to and still do, we will get Yamani for Benjamin. Just like we say Hashimi for Ben Hashem or Quraichi fro Ben Quraich.
Also, as we have established under the Detroit's name section. Yamin means right in arabic. So Yamani can also mean Righteous and Detroiter. This interpretation fulfills the Qur'anic prophecy of the earth being inherited by his righteous servants on 3 fronts, his city, his name and his religiosity.
Obedience does not go unrewarded. As most of the world suffers trials and difficulties because of its carnal ways, blessings and protection are promised to those who keep the Sabbath. As we already know Dr. Carson is a seventh-day Adventist. Adventists are the Christian version of Shia Islam. They are messianic in nature and willing to go against the grain to stay true to the Word of God. And Dr. Carson is very committed to his faith and was not afraid to display his morals and remain true to his principles throughout his time campaigning. So he is righteous or Yamani by name, by place and by actions.

As discussed earlier this hadith has been twisted beyond recognition, a testimony to the extent human bias get be when examining what is true. The hearts of iron, is famously attributed to the 313 was turned evil here in order to suit the meaning they want to give the narration.

Carson can be interpreted as Car sin and an anagram of Oncars as in On-car. Given the friendship Dr. Carson and Mr. Trump seem to have developed during the course of their campaigns, we can safely take that as a sign to the license plate on Donald Duck's car. The sign I have already showed it to be 313. In total, Carson is connected to the 313 as:

- oncars: sign on car - Happens to be where the Son of Mary sign was found/He was perhaps the only one who remained friendly with Candidate Trump
Obviously all of these are fun and games at this point. We really don't need to consider them to arrive at our conclusion. But I am never little impressed when it comes to the Power of the Divine and how he design his fingerprints when he intends to lead his flock.
