THE MEANING OF

MESSIAH

is

WHAT/WHO HE [GOD] WANTS/DESIRES

It is derived from the word we often hear in the phrase:

ما شاء الله

MASHA-2-ALLAH

ACCENTED ARABIC VARIANT:

ماشاء

pronounced Moshah2 or

Mashiah

by

Jews

UNACCENTED ARABIC VARIANT:

ماساء

pronounced Massa2 or

Massiah

by

Christians

I understand the widespread definition seems to refer to a religious equivalent of a coronation

BUT THERE HAS TO BE A REASON TO ANOINT SOMEONE WITH OIL!

PS: PLZ READ THROUGH BEFORE YOU DECIDE TO SPRAY YOUR FRIENDLY NEIGHBORHOOD MESSIAH WITH ANY OIL!

The word for oil in modern Arabic is زيت pronounced ZayT

In the original Arabic, absent the "helpful" Dot marks (unaccented version), the closest I can get the keyboard to spell (draw) it is ريد pronounced

ReeD or ZayT

depending on which of the two sounding variations was the original one. The main point is that in terms of the written text, as in the spelling of the words - the two words would have been identical in shape and from.

Therefore we can cross reference the word for oil with The Quran and we can quickly ascertain the intended meaning behind this anointment was clearly an

APPOINTMENT BY THE WILL OF GOD!

since The Quran makes it clear that ZayT/ReeD refers to:

HIS [THE CREATOR'S] WILL!
The Proof verse 16

وَكَذَٰلِكَ أَنزَلْنَاهُ آيَاتٍ بَيِّنَاتٍ وَأَنَّ اللَّهَ يَهْدِي مَن يُرِيدُ

And thus we sent him down (to the people) [with] evident signs and God guides whomever he wills/wants

The Proof verse 16

TO SUMMARIZE - THE MESSIAH IS WHOMEVER GOD WILLS IT TO BE. AND HE SENDS HIM DOWN TO YOU WITH EVIDENT SIGNS FOR YOU TO RECOGNIZE HIM WITH. BECAUSE YOUR OWN WISHES AND CRITERIA DON'T APPLY, THAT IS THE STORY AND LESSON REPEATED OVER AND OVER AND OVER IN THE QURAN TO THE POINT THAT IT BECAME THE REASON I STARTED TO QUESTION IT. BECAUSE I COULDN'T BE CONVINCED THAT PEOPLE KEPT FAILING

THE SAME EXACT TEST EVERY SINGLE TIME!?!?!

SO DON'T LOOK UP!

What's the worst that can happen anyways - He's only The Creator of

EVERYTHING!
