What's meant....
THE CONTRADICTION IN ABSOLUTE and RELATIVE "VIEWS"
What's meant....One Believes that Certainty is Certain while the other Believes their beliefs are Certainly Wrong, or Certainly UnCertain to be exact.
That's the two choices and that's what it means, and what we'll show to be the case for anyone wondering if this fact can be shown/proven (assuming you can see a rigorous version of what I logically lay out) ....

TRUTH as a DIVISOR of IDEAS
Pivoting our focus on the concept we call IDEA as we'll derive it as a mixture of Truths and Not Truths...and that web of connections to Faith and Law.
